My client is a well-established Engineering Manufacturing business on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, known for its strong customer focus and supportive team culture.

Following continued growth, theyre now looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join their friendly, collaborative team and play a key role in delivering successful customer projects.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the key responsibilities of this role will include the following: The Project Coordinator will help manage customer orders, keep project information up to date, and support the team in meeting commercial and contractual commitments. .

To deliver high levels of customer service.

The role includes preparing project reports, sharing updates with the Project Manager, and raising any concerns that may affect deadlines or agreements Youll work closely with different departments and provide good customer service throughout.

Experience in a projects role is needed, while technical qualifications or Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

You bring clear communication skills, strong administrative ability, and confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines.

You use your initiative and maintain good attention to detail, while contributing positively as a supportive team player.

You show commercial awareness, and can switch comfortably between understanding the overall task and focusing on the small but important details.
