My client, is a leading Engineering Manufacturing business, and they are looking to recruit aDesign Engineering Managerto join their successfulteam based in Norfolk. In this role, the key responsibilities of the Design Engineering Managerwill include the following: Leading a team of Design Engineers, planning and scheduling work to ensure client expectations are met in line with agreed timescales. Complete technical documentation. Review design work, ensuring designs meet quality standards and technical compliance. Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team, staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies. Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification such as a degree or masters inengineering or equivalent experience and have experience as a Design Engineering Manager.
