I am pleased to be working with a successful Engineering, Manufacturing business looking to recruit a Buyer to join their team.

The Buyer will be reporting to the Procurement Manager and the role will include the following responsibilities:

* Develop robust relationships with suppliers.

* To provide Procurement support to site.

* Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure stock and material availability.

* Maintain and update the ERP system.

* Work closely with Goods-In and suppliers to highlight and resolve non-conformances.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Buyer / Procurement role, ideally you will have experience of indirect purchasing. It would be advantageous to have experience with ERP systems within a manufacturing business. Ideally, you will hold Level 4 CIPS (or be working towards) or equivalent experience.
