We’re looking for a Senior Hair Colourist & Stylist to join our Cheltenham team to take over an established clientele.
The role
You’ll consult, colour, cut and style to a genuinely high standard, building strong client relationships. You’ll also help to maintain the standards in the salon: supporting newer stylists, sharing your knowledge and keeping the energy exactly where LL likes it. Shining at the top!
You will need to:
- Bring a genuinely welcoming, inclusive energy to every appointment.
- Support newer stylists and apprentices, and help set the tone for the whole team.
- Stay current: attend training and development sessions, and bring new techniques back to the floor.
- Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines
- A team mindset. You contribute to a positive, supportive culture, not just your own diary
- Warm, genuine customer service. Clients should leave feeling like the best version of themselves after having an amazing experience
