Fantastic opportunity to join a well-known household brand in the buying department. We are recruiting a strong administrator to join a team of 4. Starting asap, this role is a key position in the team and you will be hitting the ground running as they are about to go into their peak period!

You must come from a buying administration or product catalogue administration background, including a procurement or logistics background. Proficient user of Excel and attention to detail is paramount, and an excellent customer service approach is essential.

The role requires attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the following main tasks are carried out across the business's back end computer system in a consistent and controlled process:

  • Set up and maintenance of the stock/product/price file
  • Set up of company promotions
  • Set up of product commission

You will be responsible for updating new product codes, price changes, and promotions. Set up of special quotation requests, cross system match up, and other administration duties associated with a buying administrator or product catalogue administrator role.

In return, our client offers you Monday to Friday 9-5pm, £18,000 salary, and many more benefits. There is onsite parking and a kitchen area for breaks. They also encourage career progression and a positive team environment.
