Job Description
An exciting opportunity for someone to join our small and friendly team working on the iconic Laura Ashley brand.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can juggle and prioritise multiple projects at a time, supporting the brand team as required with specific projects and tasks. The role requires someone who understands brands, loves prints and colour and has a real awareness of use of fonts. Â
Key responsibilities
Design and development of key brand assets, including but not limited to:
·      Core Brand Guidelines
·      Seasonal Look Book, featuring seasonal products, prints and colour palettes
·      Designing/making brand presentations and pitch decks
·      Packaging design & approvals
·      Support building content for social platforms
·      Creating assets from Laura Ashley prints to use on print stories for social and marketing graphics
·      Hospitality / Tea Room social graphics and templates
·      Support partners with email design templates & content for Laura Ashley marketing newsletter sends
·      Retail branded signage & POS creation & approval
·      Ad hoc promotional support / graphics
·      Ad hoc graphic design requests for marketing, brand and retail displays
·      Create and maintain corporate document templates e.g. stationery, business cards, template documents
·      Website content design and implementation
Key skills/proficiencies
– Degree or equivalent level qualification in Graphic Design or at least 3 years of experience working within the industry
– Adobe suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
– Microsoft office suite, cloud servers & Google suite
– PowerPoint & Canva
– Basic video editing for social media needs
– Animation skills would be advantageous
Experience of
– Working for a home or fashion brand in a similar role is preferred
– Great at working on tight deadlines, prioritising / managing multiple assignments
– Researching and finding imagery
– Will need to be confident in liaising with people both internally and externally at all levels

Working with US based owners some late evenings maybe required.
