Join our team at the Panania Hotel, a local favourite owned and operated by Laundy Hotels. We are looking for friendly, experienced Bar and Gaming Staff who are passionate about creating great customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Bar and Gaming Attendant you will be at the heart of our venue, delivering high‑standard service across the bar and gaming areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve beverages efficiently and professionally with a friendly attitude
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑presented bar and gaming environment
• Engage with patrons in a respectful and positive manner
• Operate tills, handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with RSA and RCG legislation at all times
• Monitor gaming areas, providing assistance and maintaining a safe, responsible environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in bar, gaming or hospitality (1+ year preferred)
• Current RSA and RCG certifications (ACRG advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, well‑presented and a great team player
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays
