Laundryheap is seeking a lifecycle marketing leader to own the retention strategy across email, push, SMS and WhatsApp. You’ll shape the programme from strategy through architecture, channel mix, and testing rhythms, and manage a direct report to deliver results.

You’ll oversee lifecycle initiatives across post-order sequences, win-back flows, and upsell tracks, balancing experimentation with customer insights to drive repeat orders and long-term LTV.
