Laundryheap is seeking a proactive B2B Delivery Manager to own the onboarding of new business clients and ensure their first orders go live without disruption.
You’ll bridge Sales, Account Management and Operations, translating commercial agreements into operational readiness and coordinating with Operations and Logistics/Fleet teams.
You will act as the first point of escalation, maintain onboarding playbooks, monitor early performance, and drive issues to resolution.
