Laundryheap is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the testing, execution, and optimisation of our paid media, a key driver of our global expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with a solid agency background to step into a client-side role and expand their remit at the frontline of a growing on-demand service. Working alongside the Head of Customer Acquisition, you\'ll be a cornerstone of the marketing team, taking ownership of our day-to-day paid media efforts across multiple international markets. You\'ll help build, optimise and scale multi-channel, full-funnel strategies as a key player in our mission to revolutionise the laundry industry.
What You\'ll Do
- Execute and iterate all global paid media activity across Google, Meta, YouTube and others to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth
- Be the owner of our paid campaigns, managing everything from set-up, testing and forecasting to daily optimisations and detailed reporting
- Develop our data-driven experimentation roadmap, running A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creative, audiences and landing pages to unlock new insights and improve performance
- Partner with our design, product and organic social teams to develop and iterate on high-performing assets, providing clear, data-backed insights on what\'s working and why
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and translate them into strategic recommendations for our broader growth and marketing initiatives
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices, recommending new opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Provide strategic performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights and future opportunities
- A seasoned digital marketer with 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years focused on paid social campaigns. Strong Google PPC and Meta Paid Social knowledge is a must, with YouTube, TikTok as well as app advertising experience a plus
- You have a proven track record from an agency environment and are ready to apply your skills client-side, taking full ownership of the day-to-day implementation and optimisation - with the chance to help grow the team as we continue to scale
- You are super comfortable with numbers and data. You can effortlessly navigate platform tools and analytics suites (eg Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker), turning raw data into strategic insights
- You\'re adept at A/B testing and analysis, and you\'re passionate about helping to build and maintain a rigorous experimentation culture, expanding to new channels and proving incrementality across legacy acquisition channels
- You have a global mindset, and appreciate the importance of localising campaigns for different markets and understanding cultural nuance
- A strong communicator, you can effectively brief creative teams and help present complex data clearly to non-marketing teams
- You\'re an agile, independent problem-solver who thrives in a high-impact, growth-focused environment
- Work remotely to a consistently high standard and attention-to-detail. Proactively suggest improvements and insights as well as demonstrate clear ownership of your remit as part of everyday responsibilities; working alongside the wider team at Laundryheap\'s coworking space in London 2-3 times per month
