Laundryheap is a leading on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service, delivering fast, reliable laundry solutions to both businesses and end consumers. We work with hotels, serviced apartments, sports facilities, global brands, and other partners to offer seamless laundry experiences to their customers, while also engaging directly with individual clients.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with B2B sales experience to aggressively drive new revenue through direct B2B opportunities. This role is focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business, building a strong pipeline of high-value partners, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue. You will play a key role in accelerating Laundryheap’s growth by winning new clients and opening new channels. This is a remote-first role, with occasional travel to meet prospects and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new B2B partnerships, including hotels, serviced apartments, gyms, salons, and other consumer-facing businesses.
  • Own the full new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity targets, including daily/weekly KPIs for calls, emails, outreach, and meetings booked.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Deliver against defined revenue, deal volume, and conversion KPIs, including meetings booked, opportunities created, close rate, and average deal value.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid partner activation and strong end-customer adoption of Laundryheap services.
  • Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten sales cycles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, opportunities, and sales activity within the CRM to support forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale and a high-quality partner launch.
  • Represent Laundryheap at partner meetings, onboarding sessions, and occasional industry events or promotional activities.

Revenue & Targets

  • Own an individual new-business revenue target (monthly and quarterly).
  • Expected to maintain pipeline coverage of 3–5x quota.
  • Responsible for consistent net-new partner acquisition.

What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Comfortable with moderate travel across London or assigned territories.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.

What You’ll Get

  • Remote-first flexibility with autonomy in managing your schedule.
  • A key role in a fast-growing, industry-leading company with global reach.
  • Access to sales tools, CRM, marketing assets, and operational support to accelerate deal closure.
  • Direct impact on partner and end-customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure. On-target earnings are 50% of base salary, with significant upside for exceeding annual goals.
  • Clear performance-based incentives tied to new revenue generation.

Work Schedule

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), Hybrid Role.

We’re looking for ambitious, proactive individuals with a strong can-do attitude and the confidence to make decisions. If this sounds like you, take the next step and apply to join the International Laundryheap team today.
