Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at 57 Allen St, Springfield, MA. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selections, and purchases, while maintaining a clean, safe and friendly store environment.
The ideal candidate has prior customer service or retail experience, can stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 35 pounds, and work well with others. Training is provided, and you’ll help with upselling and daily store duties.
