They’ve raised over £30M in funding and are ranked as one of the fastest growing fintech firms in the UK and are scaling a core engineering team to support their next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact Product Engineer role sitting directly with senior leadership, where you’ll own features end-to-end and play a key role in shaping product direction, engineering standards, and delivery speed. This isn’t a ticket-taking role. You’ll be expected to challenge requirements, influence product decisions, and take full ownership from idea through to production.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning features end-to-end across design, build, test, and deployment
- Building and maintaining scalable backend services and customer-facing applications
- Working closely with product and leadership to turn business goals into technical solutions
- Improving engineering velocity through smarter tooling, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Helping define engineering standards across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and architecture
- Acting as a key technical contributor in a small, high-ownership engineering team
Tech environment:
- JavaScript / TypeScript

- 3–6 years experience as a Full Stack or Product Engineer
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript background

- Exposure to AWS or similar cloud environments
- Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated environments (preferred)
- Startup or early-stage company experience (preferred)
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end
