The Role
- Creating platform-ready content across social channels - and doing it well
- Taking ideas from concept through to published - without hand-holding
- Identifying gaps and filling them before anyone has to ask
- Moving fast across platforms with commercial awareness, not just aesthetics
- Contributing ideas that drive growth, not just content for the sake of content
- Managing the relationship with an external media agency - keeping them aligned, holding them accountable, and making sure spend ties back to real commercial results
- Reviewing agency performance and asking the right questions when results don't stack up
