Launchpad Reading is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team in Reading. The role focuses on carrying out maintenance tasks, keeping safety culture systems up to date, and supporting the Property Manager with decorating and upkeep across our premises.
You will liaise with contractors, ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines, and manage stock for maintenance supplies to secure best value.
