Junior Sales Executive- full training provided in London

Full-time | Monday–Friday | No Experience Required | Full Training Provided

Launchone80 Partners is expanding its London team, and we're looking for friendly, motivated people to join us as customer-facing Sales Executives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their communication, customer service and professional skills. Full training is provided, so previous experience isn't essential.

The role involves representing established brands, speaking directly with customers and helping them understand the products and services available to them. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support while developing valuable customer service and sales skills.

The role will involve:

• Speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Representing well-known client brands

• Providing information and answering customer questions

• Understanding customer needs and helping them find suitable solutions

• Building positive customer relationships

• Supporting customer acquisition and sales activity

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Taking part in regular training and development sessions

What we're looking for:

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events or another people-facing environment, but this isn't essential.
