About The Role

The Customer Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving customer-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and revenue growth within Launchmetrics’ existing client base. From expanding our network and acquiring new contacts within existing customer accounts to identifying opportunities, developing campaigns, managing execution, and measuring results, this role ensures every initiative drives upsell potential and directly contributes to revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams – including Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations – the profile will lead the planning and execution of customer marketing programs. This includes physical and digital events, 1:1 account workshops and targeted digital campaigns through email. Additionally, the role requires a strong business mindset and data‑driven approach to continuously assess the impact of customer initiatives, identify areas of growth within the client portfolio and translate insights into actionable strategies that support both customer value and company revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts to expand reach across new departments, brands, regions, and decision makers, increasing engagement and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver mid‑funnel engagement initiatives, including physical meet‑ups, executive roundtables and virtual events, to strengthen relationships, surface new needs, and generate qualified expansion opportunities.
  • Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using Launchmetrics data, interpreting insights through the client’s business lens.
  • Translate findings into compelling storytelling that demonstrates impact and drives follow‑up expansion conversations.
  • Own all customer email communications, from monthly newsletters to targeted upsell and cross‑sell campaigns, driving contact growth and engagement in close collaboration and coordination with Digital Marketing and the CX Manager.
  • Lead the strategic development of customer nurturing programs based on product usage data and intent signals, partnering with Digital Marketing to define engagement scoring models and build targeted nurture tracks that influence expansion and revenue growth.
  • Align regularly with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations to define expansion priorities, target accounts, revenue objectives, and go‑to‑market plans tied to measurable growth outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, contact growth, campaign performance, event influence, and workshop impact, connecting activities directly to upsell pipeline, cross‑sell progression, and revenue contribution.

About You

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing or a related area, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics. A true 360° marketer, comfortable managing a wide range of initiatives – from planning and executing physical events to designing, launching, and optimizing digital and email campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting engaging content and campaigns for existing customers. Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining a structured and results‑driven approach.
  • Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot), as well as CRM environments such as Salesforce.
  • Analytical: Data‑driven with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
