LaunchGood is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Donor Experience to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of user journeys that inspire generosity and deepen donor engagement. This role is ideal for a product leader with strong B2C experience, especially in mission-driven, fintech, two-sided marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
As a key voice for our donor community, you will work across teams to build a product roadmap that fosters meaningful giving experiences—from discovering campaigns to making donations and tracking impact. Your work will directly enhance how millions of donors interact with LaunchGood, helping them give more often, with more confidence and satisfaction. You will play a key role in shaping our next-generation products, with a focus on leveraging AI to deliver smarter, more intuitive user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Build a Donor-Centric Roadmap: Define and execute a product strategy that drives donor acquisition, conversion, engagement, and lifetime value—aligned with LaunchGood’s growth goals.
- Lead the Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development of donor-facing features—from ideation to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.
- Understand Donor Needs: Conduct user research and market analysis to uncover behavioral insights and donor motivations. Translate findings into compelling product experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs/OKRs for donor growth, engagement, and retention. Use behavioral data, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to inform product priorities.
- Optimize the Giving Experience: Continuously improve key donor flows, including campaign discovery, giving methods, recurring donations, giving history, and impact reporting.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Collaborate with product marketing and customer experience teams on launch plans, positioning, and onboarding for new features and donor programs.
- Champion the Donor Voice: Act as the internal advocate for donors, bringing their voice into product decisions and company strategy.
- Elevate Product Practices: As a senior team member, mentor others and foster a culture of experimentation, empathy, and product excellence.
What You Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing products, ideally in tech-enabled platforms, fintech, crowdfunding, or mission-driven services.
- User Empathy & Product Intuition: You deeply understand what motivates users to engage and return, and you translate those insights into delightful, scalable experiences.
- Growth & Retention Focus: Proven success driving user growth and lifetime value through acquisition funnels, personalization, and re-engagement strategies.
- Strong Collaboration Skills: Skilled at working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data to ship impactful product experiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with analytics tools like Heap, and Looker. Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization is a plus.
- Fluency in UX and UI: Strong grasp of usability and intuitive design, with a track record of making complex flows simple for end users.
- Communication Excellence: Clear, concise communicator—able to articulate product strategy, rationale, and results to all audiences.
- Bias Toward Action: You move quickly with focus and purpose, and you’re comfortable iterating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
