Responsibilities
- The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for verifying payout statuses, generating transfers, processing payments, and communicating effectively with clients via email.
- This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring efficient payment operations.
- Deliverables include:
- Processing payout accounts on regular cycles promptly and accurately according to LaunchGood Payment Standards.
- Paying close attention to detail to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Verifying and cross-checking all relevant information before processing payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring payout status is approved and meets criteria before initiating payments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve payout issues.
- Generating payout reports with transaction details.
- Using predefined responses to inform clients about payout statuses and maintain transparency.
- Sending reports and payout details to clients via email.
- Performing other payment-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
