Launch Good is a global fundraising platform to support Muslims launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for causes around the world.

We are growing our Business Development team and are seeking two skilled and dynamic Business Development Specialists to join us.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced Muslim company, and support the ummah by helping organisations raise funds for great causes.

  • Note: These are fixed-term contracts, running to the end of the year (December 2026)
  • We're hiring two

Business Development Specialists into the team. Specific focus areas will be assigned once hired, based on where each person's strengths best fit the team's needs.

  • Scout and support lead generation efforts to onboard new organisations onto the platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with organisations to strategise and execute successful fundraisers throughout the year, including peak seasons such as Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah
  • Up-sell and cross-sell services, products and features
  • Ensure all customer contact is documented and communicated properly via our CRM
  • Meet personal and team targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and cross department collaboration
  • Core Competencies
  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

  • Established network or presence within the Muslim charity or community sector preferred
  • Previous experience with digital & physical fundraising
  • Familiarity with the Muslim community and values
  • Access to a laptop, phone and internet
