LaunchGood is a global fundraising platform to support Muslims launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for causes around the world. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Development Fellow to join our UK fellowship. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced Muslim company, and support the ummah by helping organisations to raise funds for great causes.

Fellows will be expected to scout and support new organisations to LaunchGood, as well as managing existing relationships with the aim of increasing fundraising on the platform. Additionally, the Business Development Fellow will excel in communicating with others, be quick to learn about our products and business, and be great at showing why our platform is worth it. Note: This is a 6 month Fellowship (January - July).

  • Scout and support lead generation efforts to onboard new charities onto the platform.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with charities and organisations to strategise and execute successful fundraisers throughout the year, and especially during peak seasons such as Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling services, products and features.
  • Working with senior business development managers to support campaign creation.
  • Ensuring all customer contact is documented and communicated properly via our customer relationship management software.
  • Meeting personal and team targets.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Established network or presence within the Muslim charity or community sector preferred.
  • Previous experience with digital & physical fundraising.
  • Familiarity with the Muslim community and values.
  • Access to a laptop, phone and internet.
