What you'll be doing
Helping great brands grow faster by creating high-performing, visually compelling content across Amazon. You'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class creative that not only looks great but drives conversion. Working closely with our Head of Design and Performance teams, you'll translate strategy into design - bringing listings to life through images, A+ content and brand storytelling that stands out in a competitive marketplace. This role is ideal for a designer who cares about both aesthetics and performance - someone who wants to see their work directly impact sales and continuously improve it.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Designing high-quality Amazon briefs and creatives (listing images, A+, storefronts)
- Executing visual concepts based on CRO and marketplace best practices
- Supporting with copywriting and listing optimisation
- Collaborating with account and performance teams to align on strategy
- Iterating on creatives based on data (CTR, CVR, performance insights)
- Maintaining consistency across brand assets and visual identity
Who you are
You're a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of what makes design convert, not just look good. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.
