What you’ll be doing:
- Helping great brands grow faster by creating high-performing, visually compelling content across Amazon.
- You’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class creative that not only looks great but drives conversion.
- Working closely with our Head of Design and Performance teams, you’ll translate strategy into design - bringing listings to life through images, A+ content and brand storytelling that stands out in a competitive marketplace.
- This role is ideal for a designer who cares about both aesthetics and performance - someone who wants to see their work directly impact sales and continuously improve it.
- Designing high-quality Amazon briefs and creatives (listing images, A+, storefronts).
- Collaborating with account and performance teams to align on strategy.
- Iterating on creatives based on data (CTR, CVR, performance insights).
- Maintaining consistency across brand assets and visual identity.
Who you are:
- You’re a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of what makes design convert, not just look good.
- You’re proactive, open to feedback, and excited by the idea of improving your work through performance data.
