We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built β from tactics through hands-on execution β and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. You'll take full ownership of the EMEA field calendar and act as the region's on the ground presence, with the scope to also contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results.
Responsibilities:
- Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end β from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc.
- Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management β negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors.
- Design differentiated, memorable experiences β go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand.
- Partner closely with EMEA Sales β work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up.
- Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing.
- Own reporting and ROI β track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership.
- Operate independently β take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales needs and international Marketing strategy.
- Contribute to other regional marketing campaigns β digital or ABM-style programs, expanding scope over time.
Qualifications:
- 8+ yearsβ experience in similar marketing role with a focus on events and field campaigns for B2B SaaS.
- Track record owning a full event calendar end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and post-event reporting, with close interaction and exchange with sales.
- Direct experience negotiating sponsorships and managing multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and event management tools (Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent, or similar).
- Experience supporting or executing regional campaigns alongside field and events is a plus (digital, regional, localisation, ABM-style programs).
- Experience working across or with different European markets, e.g. DACH or Central EU, an additional language is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across EMEA markets.
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude, comfortable guiding internal stakeholders and operating independently.
