We are seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to own and drive the EMEA marketing strategy with accountability for regional pipeline impact. This role applies broad marketing expertise to translate global demand programs into effective regional execution across inbound, campaigns, ABM, and field marketing. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and regional scope. The Regional Marketing Lead partners closely with sales and SDR leadership, and represents EMEA in shaping and operationalizing global marketing strategy. Outcomes from this role materially impact regional performance and contribute to global objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the EMEA marketing plan aligned to global strategy and regional revenue goals
- Coordinate with marketing leaders to operationalize platform strategy and ensure regional execution aligns with brand and GTM objectives
- Drive sourced and influenced pipeline for EMEA across inbound, campaigns, ABM, and field initiatives
- Translate global campaigns and ABM motions into effective EMEA execution, partnering with global campaigns to provide feedback on performance and regional relevance
- Partner with EMEA sales and SDR teams to deploy and operate campaigns, including ABM programs, that support outbound motions across priority segments and accounts
- Plan and execute a limited number of regional events designed to accelerate pipeline progression and support deal close
- Partner closely with the EMEA SDR team to optimize inbound performance
- Act as the EMEA representative into global marketing planning and execution
Qualifications:
- 10 to 12+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or high growth technology companies
- Demonstrated experience owning regional demand generation strategy and results for EMEA
- Broad expertise across inbound, digital, campaign based marketing, ABM, and field marketing
- Proven ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems and deliver measurable pipeline impact
- Experience operating within a global, centralized marketing model
- Strong cross functional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
