The Opportunity
This graduate programme provides a practical introduction to business development and client acquisition. Successful candidates will gain experience working on live campaigns, interacting directly with customers, and developing the communication and commercial skills needed to succeed in business. You will be supported through structured training and mentorship, with clear progression opportunities into team leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through direct customer engagement
- Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across London and nationwide
- Build relationships with customers and contribute to client acquisition
- Learn how to manage customer accounts and campaign performance
