Launch With Us is hiring a Senior Paid Social Specialist to help scale some of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce brands. We manage over £10M in annual media spend across Meta and TikTok and work with brands including Lucky Saint, Four Five, Fem Fuelz and Aromatherapy Associates.
You'll be comfortable making decisions, spotting growth opportunities, and turning performance data into action. You'll manage a focused portfolio of 3–4 accounts — the sweet spot that allows you to go beyond campaign management and make a genuine impact on performance, strategy, and growth. In return, you'll have real ownership over your accounts, the backing of experienced strategists and creatives, and the opportunity to help scale some of the UK's most exciting eCommerce brands.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Driving performance against ROAS, CAC, MER and customer acquisition targets
- Analysing data and turning insights into action
- Collaborating with Growth Strategists and Creative teams to improve performance
- Identifying growth opportunities across a portfolio of DTC brands
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of paid social experience
- Strong Meta and TikTok platform expertise
- A commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
- High standards, curiosity and a bias towards action
