As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing your specialist desk while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. You'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and education providers.
- Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.
- Negotiating offers and providing expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
- Working towards achievable targets while contributing to the growth of the business.
- 1+ year previous recruitment experience (education recruitment is beneficial but not essential).
- A motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in business development and winning new clients.
- A positive attitude and a desire to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
