Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for our Graduate Sales & Marketing Associate – Entry-Level (Jan 2026) position. In this full-time on-site role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, you will engage with customers, support the execution of sales campaigns, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth. Daily tasks include liaising with customers to understand their needs, delivering excellent customer service, generating leads, and participating in ongoing training programs to develop sales and marketing expertise. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with mentors to enhance your communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Customer service skills to understand needs, resolve inquiries, and build strong relationships.
• Sales and basic Sales & Marketing knowledge to support business development activities and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Willingness to actively participate in training programs to refine skills in sales and professional growth.
• Adaptability, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning new concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and on-site environment.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (even as an internship) is a plus but not required.
