Experienced Accounts Administrator (Office Based)

We are looking for an experienced part- time Accounts Administrator to join our busy accounts office in Eakring, Notts.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong accounting and administrative skills who can work accurately, efficiently, and independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing purchase and sales invoices using Sage 50 accounts software
- Bank reconciliations and credit control
- Assisting with supplier payments
- Assisting with payroll (training can be given)
- General office administration duties

Skills/Experience – Essential
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role is essential
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

Working Arrangements
\n
Our office is in a rural location, and own transport is essential as public transport links are limited. This is a part-time office-based position. Due to the nature of the role, working from home is not available.
\n
\n
Hours: 10 hours per week initially (with the possibility of more hours if desired) over 2 days. One of the working days must be a Wednesday.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
