About the role Remote / Hybrid Laughology is growing – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring clarity, consistency and momentum to everything we communicate. This is a hands-on delivery role at the heart of our business. You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day marketing engine: our websites, emails, campaigns, content, internal comms and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and external consultants to help shape and bring our strategy to life — turning ideas into well-executed action, ensuring campaigns land on time, and making sure everything we share feels unmistakably Laughology. This role is perfect for someone who loves making things happen: building, organising, refining and improving – and seeing their work drive real impact. What you’ll be doing Campaigns & Growth Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across website, email, content and social Work with Sales to support lead generation, nurturing and conversion Coordinate campaign timelines, launches and follow-ups Track performance and share insights to inform what we do next Website Development Own and update the Laughology WordPress site Maintain and transition our sister-brand’s site from Joomla to WordPress Improve page layouts, UX and content presentation Upload new pages, resources and updates as needed Spot and fix small issues to keep everything polished and on-brand Email, CRM & Customer Journeys Build and send email campaigns in Mailchimp Support Salesforce activity (with training provided if needed) Help keep customer journeys, data and communications flowing smoothly Content & Brand Work with our copywriter to brief, review and optimise content Write landing pages, updates and occasional blogs for site Ensure tone of voice and visual consistency across all channels Help support content production for SEO and organic visibility Internal Communications Own internal updates, announcements and team communications Maintain simple, effective internal comms processes Help keep everyone informed, aligned, engaged and connected Agencies & External Support Brief and manage SEO, PPC and paid media partners Ensure their work aligns with campaign priorities and messaging Coordinate activity so everything feels joined up Measurement Measure the contribution of all channels, reporting regularly to internal and external stakeholders Analyse data, owning optimisation suggestions About you You’re someone who: Loves combining organisation with creativity Is confident updating and managing websites Enjoys juggling multiple projects and platforms Writes clearly and confidently Understands how marketing, content and digital channels work together Is happy being hands-on and close to the detail Communicates well with different personalities and teams Thrives in a growing, fast-moving SME Has a great sense of humour Experience we’re looking for Digital marketing experience across campaigns, websites and email WordPress confidence (Joomla helpful but not essential) Email marketing experience (Mailchimp) CRM familiarity (Salesforce desirable) Measurement familiarity (GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta) Experience working with or briefing SEO/PPC agencies Strong writing or editing skills Project management and organisational ability What this role is – and isn’t This role is about making things happen well, at pace and with impact. While you won’t be the sole strategic driver or decision-maker, you’ll be a key partner in translating strategic thinking into confident, high-quality execution.
