As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside highly experienced founders and a world-class engineering team to build AI-native products used by investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers, and consultancies.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications from frontend to backend.
- Develop high-quality user interfaces using React and Next. js.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Fast API or Django preferred).
- Design and optimize relational and No SQL databases.
- Build reliable background workers, asynchronous processing, and distributed services.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact features.
- Improve scalability, security, reliability, and engineering best practices across the platform.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong production experience with React and Next. js.
- Excellent backend development skills using Python.
- Experience with Fast API or Django.
- Strong knowledge of Postgre SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Redis, background workers, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered).
- Strong Git workflows and collaborative software development practices.
- Passion for building high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
