An established and well respected independent property consultancy is looking to appoint two experienced Commercial Valuers at Associate Director or Director level.
Established for over 50 years, the consultancy has a team of more than 50 professionals and offers a friendly and collaborative working environment with a strong focus on quality.
The role offers hybrid working, with one day per week in the office .
The valuation team works across a varied range of sectors, including:
- Commercial property
- Development
- Portfolio work
- Residential property
The valuation workload is primarily focused on secured lending, with additional private and local authority instructions. Approximately 70% of the workload is secured lending, with the remainder consisting of private and council work.
The average fee is around £2,000 per instruction.
The consultancy operates a management style focused on quality over quantity, with a collaborative culture rather than a high-pressure target environment. The team also utilises Kell & Valos for reporting.
Requirements:
- Experienced Commercial Valuer
- Associate Director or Director level experience
- Strong commercial valuation experience
- Experience of secured lending valuations would be highly advantageous
- Ability to work across a varied valuation workload
- MRICS qualification
Package:
- £70,000 - £100,000 salary
