Full-time self-employed Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous) – PI covered – Estimated six-figure earnings depending on days / work commitment.
Location: Manchester and surrounding areas.
Our client typically works on a 50/50 fee split, paying weekly via your ltd entity.
They provide a full weekly diary and may consider part-time work, but prefer full-time commitment. The work consists of approximately 80% residential short / longer form valuations and 20% commercial valuations.
Consultants can accept or decline jobs freely. They provide access to Rightmove, all necessary subscriptions, and charge about £40 per day for typing services.
(London figures) The average fee per report is approximately £1,400, with a minimum of £750, and the commercial fee minimum is £1,750. Consultants typically complete around 3,500-4,000 reports annually. Established self-employed consultants earn up to approximately £200,000 personally, with total net billings around £400,000 based on the 50/50 split.
The Directors can provide insights into realistic earnings, with six-figure incomes being achievable depending on work days and agreements.
