Trainee Party Wall Surveyor X2 – Graduate or construction background considered – London – Hybrid working
My client is a well-respected, friendly team of 20 property professionals, committed to delivering quality service to their customers.
They have a well-established party wall department and are looking for two trainee party wall surveyors. The training will last around three years, after which they will support you in becoming qualified.

Offering:
- Basic salary: £26,000 starting salary for the first year (qualified party wall surveyors can earn £50,000-£80,000 or more if self-employed)
- Pension contributions in line with government requirements
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 26 days after 7 years
- Workplace pension (standard)
- RICS memberships paid
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
