A long established, respected specialist trade valuation firm is looking to selectively add an experienced valuer to their team. They are currently a smaller but experienced team of full-time valuers covering the whole of England and Wales, focusing solely on trade valuation work (no commercial work). Remote working situation with no office requirements. Ideal base location is in North West England / Midlands but are open to considering all locations as they have workflow nationwide.
High fee work, all of their valuers are billing strong numbers (numbers to be discussed directly). Established lender relationships & are on all major banks panels apart from one. The workflow is mainly healthcare, followed by pubs, hotels, dentists, nurseries, and pharmacies.
