Trading Valuation Surveyor (Hotels, pubs etc) – London – Home working– MRICS / FRICS – Home working – Hiring in London and Greater London – Sr – Director level – 70-100,000 basic salary offering.
My client, founded over 25 years ago, they are a now team of around 70 covering mainly London and Southeast England, primarily focusing on secured lending work, covering all sectors.
In my experience in recruiting for this sector, my client have gone somewhat under the radar but do employ a large and loyal team, mainly made-up senior / AD / Director level valuers who value their autonomous, flexile yet supportive culture. Also in my experience, they tend to be one of the best payers in the market.
They tend to be more basic salary led, as opposed to commission / bonus led like many of the corporate firms. Typical workload expectations is 1-3 jobs per week depending on the complexity.
Offering:
- Basic salary between £75 – £90,000 approx. depending on location, experience and contacts
- Bonus, 2.6X salary, anything over, 25% bonus approx.
- Matched 4% pension
- RICS membership costs covered
- Car allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Paid training to build relevant role skills
- Remote working, five days per week, no office visit required unless stated otherwise
- Generous bonusscheme (explained by agency upon application)
Additional information:
- For technology and reporting they use Kell, Rightmove, co star, are introducing Valos
- They are in the process of introducing a buddy system to help new joiners get to grips with any new systems etc.
