Commercial valuation experience is advantageous but not essential. /p p br /p p Working on a self-employed consultancy basis, youll receive a full weekly diary of work while retaining the flexibility to accept or decline instructions to suit your availability. /p p br /p p The Role /p p br /p ul li br /li li Carry out approximately 80% residential valuation work and 20% commercial valuation work. /li /ul p br /p Manage your own diary with the flexibility to accept or decline work. p br /p Deliver high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports. p br /p Work across Surrey and the surrounding area. p br br /p p Whats on Offer /p p br /p ul li br /li li Projected six-figure earning potential depending on workload and commitment. /li /ul p br /p 50/50 fee split with weekly payments via your limited company. p br /p Professional Indemnity cover provided. p br /p Full weekly diary of valuation instructions. p br /p Full-time preferred, although part-time applicants will also be considered. p br /p Access to Rightmove and all required professional subscriptions. p br /p Typing support available for approximately £40 per day. p br /p Average residential fee of approximately £1,400 per instruction, with a minimum of approximately £750. Minimum commercial fees are approximately £1,750. p br /p An established consultancy carrying out approximately 3,500 to 4,000 valuation reports each year. p br /p Long-established team of self-employed consultants with realistic six-figure earning potential depending on workload and working agreement. p br br /p p Requirements /p p br /p ul li br /li li MRICS qualified. /li /ul p br /p Experience in residential valuation work. p br /p Commercial valuation experience is advantageous. p br /p Strong report-writing and communication skills. p br /p Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. p br /p Whether you are already self-employed, have an established limited company, or are in the process of setting one up, you are encouraged to apply. p br br /p p The Directors will be happy to discuss realistic earning potential and the consultancy arrangement in more detail. xjlbheb /p p br /p p All figures and details quoted are approximate and subject to final contractual agreement. /p
