An experienced L2 / L3 Surveyor is sought for a Management / Director role with hybrid working options. Both AssocRICS and MRICS candidates are considered. A well-established and growing residential surveying practice is looking for motivated and commercially minded surveyors to join their team. The role will involve assisting an established practice with business development, processes, structure, marketing, management, mentoring, and supporting the existing team of around 10 surveyors. You will also be expected to carry out a small amount of survey work per week in addition to leading the team.
