An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking to appoint an MRICS Valuer to join its growing team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential or Commercial Valuation Surveyor. Commercial valuation experience is advantageous but not essential.
Working on a self-employed consultancy basis, you'll receive a full weekly diary of work while retaining the flexibility to accept or decline instructions to suit your availability.
The Role
- Carry out approximately 80% residential valuation work and 20% commercial valuation work.
- Manage your own diary with the flexibility to accept or decline work.
- Deliver high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports.
- Work across Surrey and the surrounding area.

- Long-established team of self-employed consultants with realistic six-figure earning potential depending on workload and working agreement.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience in residential valuation work.
- Commercial valuation experience is advantageous.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
