Senior Trading Valuer – Mixed trading sectors – Hybrid / potential home working – London and Home counties
Latymer Search is pleased to be assisting one of the well known names in property with their hiring plans across their Valuation and advisory teams.
They are recruiting for two Trading valuers to join their current team, which is made up of around 9 currently, with another 30 approx. across the wider valuation and advisory teams.
With an average fee of around £7500 (likely 1-2 jobs per week), a lot of their work is high profile large schemes and assets, recent valuation work includes private members clubs and casinos.
The work will be a fairly equal mix of Leisure, hotels, pubs, healthcare and other alternative assets. You will be required to quote incoming work and see the whole valuation process through.
They advise numerous lenders including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks and are seen as one of the leading firms offering loan security valuation services nationwide.
Hybrid / home working situation depending on individual conversation.
Offering:

Basic salary – Open to individual discussion depending on experience – agency approx. £60 – 80,000 plus car allowance, plus annual bonus (client to discuss this in further detail directlywith applicants). From an agency recruiters perspective, they’re known to the market as strong salary and bonus payers.

For reporting technology, they use Kell and for development appraisals, Argus Developer utilizing AI for templating.
