An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking to appoint an MRICS Building Surveyor to join its growing Building Surveying team.
Due to continued success and increasing workloads, the business is looking to recruit surveyors across the UK, with particular interest in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
This is a remote opportunity with flexibility around location and applications are welcomed from surveyors at all levels of seniority.
The role offers a varied workload across the leisure, hospitality, retail and care sectors.
Experience in every service line is not essential, as training and support will be provided where required.

- Carrying out condition surveys.
Undertaking dilapidations instructions.
Fund monitoring.
RCA work.
Contract administration.
Project management.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
