Established around five years ago, my client is a well-respected independent firm with a close-knit team of around seven property professionals dedicated to delivering quality service to their customers.
They focus on quality over quantity, with reports prepared during the 3 days per week in the office, and two days reserved for report writing. They are flexible depending on your professional skills and preferred work focus.
Operating across professional building surveying, project management, and valuation for lending purposes, they are willing to train and support your career development if you are interested in learning other areas of surveying and valuation.
The company has larger aspirations for the next ten years, which the Director is happy to discuss. As with any growing business, progression opportunities are likely for those seeking advancement in the coming years.
Offering:
- Basic salary: £27,000-£50,000 per annum depending on experience. If you are a SAVA Graduate and have achieved AssocRICS status, it would be to the latter.
