Independent Chartered Surveying requires an experienced valuer or seasoned auditor to audit / quality assure their outgoing reports. The role will be remote working with no site visits required. Their workload is a mix of residential (70%), commercial, development, HMO's etc; however, if you have residential only experience please still do apply.
