AssocRICS / MRICS Remote working Residential Surveyor - Hiring in Newcastle - £45,000 - 62,000, plus monthly bonus OTE around £82,500.
My client is a growing national independent firm carrying out L1, L2 and L3 Surveys with remote working offices. The team is a likeable, outgoing close-knit group who work together to offer ongoing daily support and training. They have focused on multiple streams of business development and Google advertising to provide a stable workflow regardless of location.
They have made it clear that they do not plan on becoming a larger corporate entity, but rather a mid-sized independent firm geared towards quality reporting over mass output, where their surveyors are happy longer term and can thrive in a flexible and meritocratic working culture.
As the company grows, managerial positions and other opportunities will naturally present themselves for the right candidates. They primarily carry out L2 and L3 work, with some L1 surveys (secured lending work) and mainly private valuations.
What an offer would likely look like:
- Basic salary - Between £45,000 - 62,000 depending on experience, location and track record.
- OTE of around £82,500 (for more precise numbers, our client will discuss this at interview).
- Bonus paid monthly.
- CPD partially covered, with some personal cover required.
- Monthly CPD meetings.
- Additional car allowance / bonus payments may be available.
