My client is a well-respected independent, stable and close-knit team of property professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service for their customers. They are interested in taking on and training Chartered Valuation Surveyors who are interested in Fund monitoring / QS work.
The positions would mainly be focused on providing fund monitoring services overseeing residential development work (approx. £700k - £6 million project GDV). Project management experience would be advantageous but not a requirement; longstanding Residential / Commercial Valuation experience will be adequate to be considered.
They have larger aspirations for the next ten years which the Director will be happy to speak about, but as with any growing business, progression opportunities are likely to occur for those wanting this in the coming years.
Offering:
- Basic salary: £55-£80,000 per annum depending on experience.
