Overview
RICS Valuer transition opportunities - Bank monitoring - Hiring in Essex - Up to £80,000 approx. basic. My client are an established independent Fund monitoring Surveying practice. They are a stable and close knit team of Chartered property professionals who are committed to delivering a quality service for their customers.
Responsibilities
- Hiring for 4/5 Chartered Valuation Surveyors who are interested in transitioning their existing skill set to fund / bank monitoring.
- They are prepared to offer full training to get you up to speed.
- Provide fund monitoring services overseeing residential development work (approx. £700k - £6 million project GDV).
- Operate a hybrid working model with one day in the office per week (typically a Monday); discussion possible depending on location.
- Positions focused on fund monitoring / QS work; requires longstanding Residential / Commercial Valuation experience.
Remuneration & Notes
Up to £80,000 approx. basic. All figures quoted above are approximate and there may be additional car allowance / bonus payments.
