My client, established nearly a century ago, now employs over 200 professionals, including around 30 valuers. Originally focused on valuation and ratings, the firm has evolved into a nationwide multidisciplinary property practice.
The role primarily involves commercial investment and operational portfolio work, mainly in the public sector, with some private work. Key asset classes include industrial, office, and retail properties. No secured lending work is involved.
