Full-time self-employed Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous) – PI covered – Estimated six-figure earnings depending on days / work commitment.
Location: Birmingham, East Birmingham, Coventry, and surrounding areas.
Our client typically works on a 50/50 fee split, paying weekly via your Ltd entity.
They provide a full weekly diary and may consider part-time, but their preference is for full-time commitment. The work comprises approximately 80% residential short / long form and 20% commercial valuation work.
Consultants can accept or decline jobs freely. They provide access to Rightmove, all subscriptions, and charge approximately £40 per day for typing services.
(London figures) The average fee is approximately £1,400, with a minimum of £750 (minimum commercial fee is £1,750). They carry out about 3,500-4,000 reports per year. Their well-established team of self-employed consultants earn up to approximately £200,000 personally. Total net billings for this figure, given the 50/50 split, would be around £400,000.
The Directors are happy to discuss realistic earnings; six-figure income is achievable depending on work days and agreements.
