MRICS Valuation Surveyor – East London – All levels of experience considered (Senior, Associate Director, Director level). Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week, depending on agreement and preferences). Base salary between £50,000 – £80,000 plus car allowance, plus 28% bonus over agreed net target (approximate figures by agency).
About the Client
A long‑established Chartered Surveying practice located in North London, specialising in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes.
Responsibilities
- Perform valuations for residential and commercial properties used as security for loans (50% residential, 50% commercial).
- Assist in the valuing of properties within the client’s receivership department.
- Support the property management department where required.
Qualifications
MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. Experience in residential and commercial valuation for loan security is preferred, but all levels are considered.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary (£50k‑£80k), car allowance and a 28% bonus based on net target. Hybrid working arrangement – 2‑3 days in the office per week. Additional car allowance and bonus payments may be available.
